FARMER BREAD STUFFING: "cheese fondue"


  • 1 peasant bread per person.
  • ½ liter cream sauce.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 cup gouda cheese.
  • 1 cup white cheese.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 1 cup of pepper


1. Cut the top of the bread, like a lid, and with a spoon, being careful, remove all crumbs inside.

2. Pour all types of cheese in a bowl. If you have not purchased already shredded, then scratch them over a cup, to know how much you take. Inside, add four tablespoons of mayonnaise and ½ liter of bechamel. Then whisk this mixture well with a whisk to go taking the form of a cream.

3. Turn on the oven at 160º C.

4. Once you get an homogenic mixture, add the cup of pepper.

5. Beat all over again and add this mixture into the pan.

6. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes with the lid, and after that time another 20 minutes without the lid, so that the mixture curdle well with the bread.
